چکیده
Abstract Teacher scaffolding is crucial to promote students’ cooperative learning processes, but little known about the cognitive attention underlying teachers’ behavior. This study aims investigate behavior teachers exhibit while intervening in and explore relation between visual perception when applying supportive strategies. Four secondary China were studied during mathematics lessons using eye-tracking glasses complemented by an additional classroom camera with interviews. متن کاملCooperative Learning with Visual Attributes
Learning paradigms involving varying levels of supervision have received a lot of interest within the computer vision and machine learning communities. The supervisory information is typically considered to come from a human supervisor – a “teacher” figure. In this paper, we consider an alternate source of supervision – a “peer” – i.e. a different machine. We introduce cooperative learning, whe...
متن کاملA comparartive analysis of teachers’ scaffolding practices
Despite a seemingly infinite variety of classifications, there is no generally-accepted instrument for the scrutiny of EFL teachers’ scaffolding practices. This study endeavored to provide a sound model based on which teachers’ SFs (i.e. Scaffolding Functions) and SSs (i.e. Scaffolding Strategies) could be collated. To this end, a mixed approach was employed and earlier models along with teache...
